The smell of FREEDOM
Finally it’s there. Finally it’s happened. I’m finally free! All I have is my job. No other obligations… I must say it feel great! The last month was extremely intense. The last couple of months have been quite intense too. Yes, I did have some fun with my friends but all the time you had this nagging thought at the back of your mind that there is something else you should be doing instead. Write your MA, translate this or that… Now there is none of it! The MA was written (though 2/3 of it were created in the last 4 days) and handed in on time. It got a very positive evaluation from the opponent (although I got only a 7). The book was translated, revised and handed in on time. Am still waiting for the feedback. And the huge and nasty translation (on the very interesting subject of saws and sanders) has been translated and most of it handed in on time… All of this makes me think that I deserve some rest now. Which will mostly include walks and movies. And reading. Still haven’t read the first part of the LOTR...
Walks and movies alone. Ilona left for England this Sunday (sometimes it feels like an extremity has been amputated). Ilva is in France. And Mogens arrives tonight to visit Arta. So I will enjoy the company of two dear friends – me and myself!
In the middle of all this I also managed to send my friend Ilva off to France for a week of relaxation in the company of other young people. She definitely deserves that! And I feel good about myself for organizing it for her… pats herself on the shoulder…
One more thing that I’m looking forward to doing is finally putting my pictures from Denmark in a photo album. I will also try to upload more pictures here. Both new and old. Though the new ones will come only after the holidays…
Cheers!

Photos and more!
Greetings everyone!
This truly is an odd thing to do. Feels like I’m talking to myself. Which I of course do. Even aloud. But I make sure no one hears me. But this… hmmm… oh, well… I’m getting used to it! ;-)
I know that some of you (and I’m sure you all know who you are) have not heard from me in a while. This time I even have a decent excuse! I addition to writing my MA and translating a book I have got a huge and nasty translation to do. I have promised myself to return to more active life after it is finished. So by next week I shall show more signs of life.
But what I was here to say in the first place, yes, Stan, was that I have added some ‘new’ pictures. Right now they are in random order but hopefully that will change in time. When I have time…
The other thing I wanted to say is actually a favour I need… can you please cross your fingers for me tonight around 5 PM my time? I have to defend my MA paper… I started getting nervous already last night. So I’ll need some support… Thanks!
Cheers! ;-)
